This Privacy Policy explains how Impulse Analytics (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our advertising-management application and related services (the “Service”). We provide paid-media management and reporting for our clients, including the operation of advertising campaigns on third-party advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

1. Who we are

Impulse Analytics operates the Service used by our team to manage advertising accounts on behalf of our clients. For any privacy question, contact us at data@impulse-analytics.com.

2. Information we access and process

• Advertising account data obtained through official platform APIs (e.g., the Meta Marketing API): ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, budgets, and aggregated performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions).
• Account & authentication data required to connect to those platforms, such as access tokens and account identifiers, used solely to operate the Service.
• Aggregated and de-identified analytics used for reporting and optimization.

We do not collect or request personal data from the end users of the advertisements, and we do not use the Service to build profiles of individual consumers.

3. How we use information

• To create, manage, optimize, and report on advertising campaigns for our clients.
• To generate performance analytics and recommendations.
• To maintain the security, integrity, and proper functioning of the Service.

4. Platform data & Meta Platform Terms

Where we access data through the Meta Platform, we comply with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Platform data is used only to provide and improve the Service and is never sold. We retain platform data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, and we delete it when no longer needed or upon a valid request.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We may share data only with: (a) the client to whom the advertising account belongs; (b) the advertising platforms necessary to deliver the Service; and (c) service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Data retention

We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request portability. To exercise these rights, contact data@impulse-analytics.com.

8. Data deletion requests

To request deletion of data associated with you or your account, email data@impulse-analytics.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. We will process verified requests promptly.

9. Security

We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including restricted access and secure storage of credentials.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
